Most projects range from $3,500 for compact window or patio enclosures to $25,000+ for large luxury catios. Every estimate is free and itemized.
How long does construction take?
After design approval, most catios are built on-site in 2 to 7 days.

Do I need a permit?
It depends on size and whether the catio attaches to your home. We research and file permits as part of every project when required.
Are your catios safe from predators?
Yes. We use 16-gauge welded galvanized mesh, reinforced corners, and dig-prevention skirting. Our designs are tested against raccoons, coyotes, and birds of prey.
Can you attach a catio to my house?
In most cases, yes. We seal every penetration to manufacturer specs and can include a cat door for free access.
Do you build catios for rentals?
Absolutely. We offer non-invasive, freestanding designs that don’t damage the property and can be relocated when you move.
